Returning an Item

Here are the steps to return an item:

  1. Please email us at and make a return request.
    • Subject: Return Request + order #
    • Please provide a detailed reason for your request and attach any information that can help us determine this request.
  2. Depending on the situation, you will receive an email response stating the acceptance or rejection of the return.
  3. If accepted, you will receive the information to make a return and a return label will be provided (we do not provide return shipping labels unless the return was initiated by us for a specific reason).

To complete your return:

  • Ship items back with your packing slip inside.
  • All products must be returned unused, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. (Provide the tracking information to the email sent to you with the acceptance.)
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-7 days of our receiving your returned product and after inspection.

Our Standard Return policies apply to all items.

Exchanges: If the customer returns a non-opened, used, or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt, packing slip, or verification of purchase date). For an exchange, ensure to request it in the email.
