At Victoria World Wide Business Connections LLC, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order.

Our orders are processed and shipped very quickly, usually within minutes to 24 hours of receiving the order. (Orders placed after 1 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.)

To cancel an order, you must do so before the order has been shipped.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and provide a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the unopened items to our Shipping Department. We will then issue a refund, minus any shipping costs.

To cancel an order, please call us at 305-895-7077 before the order has shipped. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund.

We cannot accept cancellations through email, online forms, or social media, as these channels may not be monitored within 24 hours. This includes any changes to shipping addresses, order modifications, and cancellations.

When calling, please have your order number ready.

All cancellations will incur a restocking/cancellation fee of $3.99 or more, depending on the product amount. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
